The foundations of Khidmah Organisation firmly stand on the two annual Unity events which have been a huge success with over 20000 people attending our two main events annually. Our focus remains on working with communities whilst understanding that there are differences between communities and issues of sensitivities, which we should respect. By doing this, it allow us to provide a service that is culturally appropriate.

Our Aims
To provide a range of services where by our diverse communities can meet and build lasting friendships. Organise events/activities that will encourage community cohesion, respect and loyalty towards people and the neighbourhood they live in. To empower communities in engaging with service provisions, not only in connecting with providers but becoming part of the decision making apparatus.

Our Objectives
We will organise events and develop programmes celebrating diversity and commonality. By using the medium of sports, drama, education and social enterprise we hope to produce fertile ground for community cohesion. Working in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations in creating programmes and activities that embrace the aims and objectives of Khidmah Organisation
